L'axe « Optique et Dynamique Ultrarapide » regroupe les activités qui exploitent l’interaction laser-matière dans une large gamme de temps (de l’attoseconde à la milliseconde), de longueurs d’onde (de l’IR lointain à l’XUV), et de systèmes (de l’atome aux édifices moléculaires complexes, biomolécules, nanostructures, films minces)… Il regroupe notamment un ensemble de recherches utilisant l’outil laser femtoseconde pour explorer l’interaction entre lumière et matière dans le domaine des temps courts ou des fortes intensités lumineuses.

The research line “Optics and Ultra-Fast Dynamics” gathers activities that exploit tje maser-matter interaction in a broad time range (From the attosecond to the millisecond), of wavelength (from the far IR to the XUV), and physical systems (from atomes to complex molecules, biomolecules, nanostructures, nanolayers,...). This research line brings together the teams that use a fmetosecond laser to explor the laser-matter interaction in the field of short timescales or high light power.whose object of study is, generally speaking, the molecule.

Journée d'axe thématique
Thematic Day
La journée de l'axe thématique regroupe les équipes de l'axe autour d'un thème choisi qui évoluera d'une année sur l'autre. Cette journée est largement ouverte aux autres équipes de l'ILM et également aux autres laboratoires. Elle est organisée autour de présentations ouvertes et pédagogique afin que les étudiants des Masters de Lyon puissent aussi y participer. Cette année, la journée de l'axe est centrée autour du thème :
The "journée de l'axe thématique" brings together the teams of the axis around a defined topic that will depend from one year to another. It is voluntarily quite opened to the other teams of the ILM and even to others laboratory. The talks will be done in a comprehensive way so that the students of the Master's degrees of Lyon can also participate. This year, the axis is focused around the topic:
