L’Institut Lumière Matière (iLM) adresse ses plus chaleureuses félicitations aux personnels lauréats de la médaille de cristal collectif du CNRS 2025, remise lors de la cérémonie organisée le 16 décembre 2025 à l’Université Lyon 2. Cette distinction récompense un projet exemplaire porté par les fonctions support de l’iLM, illustrant pleinement la maîtrise technique, l’innovation et la force du travail collectif.
The Institut Lumière Matière extends its warmest congratulations to the staff members who were awarded the CNRS 2025 Collective Crystal Medal at a ceremony held on December 16, 2025, at Lyon 2 University. This distinction rewards an exemplary project led by the ILM's support functions, fully illustrating technical mastery, innovation, and the strength of collective work.
Le projet G2L – Gestion Libre de Laboratoire, système d’information structurant de l’unité, répond aujourd’hui aux besoins de gestion de près de 300 personnels et 160 stagiaires par an sur un site de 9 000 m². Conçu et développé en interne, G2L fédère les compétences du service informatique, du pôle ressources humaines et du service infrastructure, logistique et sécurité, autour d’une vision partagée au service de la recherche.
Outil central du pilotage de l’unité, il optimise l’accueil des personnels, la gestion RH, la sécurité, les infrastructures, tout en garantissant un haut niveau de conformité au RGPD. Ses évolutions récentes, intégrant la cartographie des risques et la gestion des espaces, renforcent encore la qualité de vie et de travail au laboratoire.
Cette médaille de cristal collectif vient saluer dix années d’engagement au service de la communauté scientifique. L’ensemble du laboratoire est fier de cette reconnaissance pleinement méritée et remercie chaleureusement les personnels impliqués pour leur travail exemplaire.

The G2L (Gestion Libre de Laboratoire) project, the unit's structuring information system, now meets the management needs of nearly 300 staff and 160 interns per year on a 9,000 m² site.
Designed and developed in-house, G2L brings together the skills of the IT department, the human resources department, and the infrastructure, logistics, and security department around a shared vision of serving research.
As the unit's central management tool, it optimizes staff reception, HR management, security, and infrastructure, while ensuring a high level of GDPR compliance.
Recent developments, including risk mapping and space management, further enhance the quality of life and work at the laboratory.
This collective crystal medal recognizes ten years of commitment to the scientific community.
