Excited State Dynamics of Nanomaterials to Manipulate Light Harvesting

''Nanomaterials-based light-harvesting systems have been the subject of research because they can generate exciton after photoexcitation. Here, we focus on the understanding of the exciton dynamics, energy transfer, antenna effect, charge carrier dynamics, and other related processes of 2D nanoplatelets, perovskite nanocrystals, conjugated polymer nanoparticles, metal clusters, and C-dots, and hybrid nanostructures.1-9 Ultrafast spectroscopic investigations provide direct insight into the impacts of electron and hole transfer at the interface in the hybrid materials for optoelectronic applications. The fundamental knowledge of these photophysical processes is crucial for the development of efficient light-harvesting systems.
