Service INFRASTRUCTURES LOGISTIQUE ET SECURITE

Le service Infrastructures, Logistique et Sécurité (SILS) assure, en support à la recherche, les missions suivantes :

L’iLM se situe sur le Campus de la DOUA à Villeurbanne et se répartit sur 9 bâtiments (AxelOne, Brillouin, CLEA, Cryo, Kastler, Lippmann, Orion, Raulin, Van de Graaff) ce qui représente environ 8500 m2 de bureaux et salles d’expériences.

Patrimoine, immobilier

  • Centraliser les demandes, assurer le lien institutionnel avec la DIRPAT de l’université pour la gestion des bâtiments et le suivi des dossiers (incidents/pannes/maintenance/travaux).
  • Assurer des travaux de rénovation, d’aménagement et d’adaptation pour les équipes de recherche (installation de gaz, de nouvelles machines, nouvelles manipulation avec les fluides associés).

Logistique

  • Gestion et distribution des clés, gestion des déménagements, gestion du parc de bouteilles de gaz

Accueil

  • Réception et envoi des colis
  • Gestions des fournitures de bureautique
  • Gestion de l'espace convivialité
  • Aide administrative et logistique

Prévention et sécurité

  • Coordination de l’action des 7 assistants de prévention
  • Centralisation et suivi des données hygiène et sécurité de l’iLM (contrôles périodiques, enquêtes nano, FIE, autorisations administratives,…)
  • Assurer le lien institutionnel avec les tutelles et la mise à jour du document unique d’évaluation des risques
  • Accueil sécurité des nouveaux arrivants
  • Rédaction des plans de prévention pour les interventions d’entreprises extérieures

The Infrastructure, logistics and security Department provides the following missions in support of research:

 

The iLM is located on the DOUA campus in Villeurbanne and is spread over 9 buildings (AxelOne, Brillouin, CLEA, Cryo, Kastler, Lippmann, Orion, Raulin, Van de Graaff), which represents approximately 8,500 m2 of offices and experimental rooms.

Property, real estate

  • Centralising requests, ensuring the institutional link with the university's DIRPAT for the management of buildings and the follow-up of files (incidents/breakdowns/maintenance/works).
  • Ensuring renovation, fitting out and adaptation work for the research teams (installation of gas, new machines, new handling with associated fluids).

Logistics

  • Management of keys, management of removals, management of gas orders

Prevention and safety

  • Coordination of the action of the 7 prevention assistants
  • Centralisation and monitoring of health and safety data for the iLM (periodic inspections, nano surveys, FIE, administrative authorisations, etc.)
  • Ensuring the institutional link with the supervisory authorities and updating the single risk assessment document
  • Safety reception of new arrivals
  • Drafting of prevention plans for interventions by external companies
