Cristal collectif du CNRS
Le système d’information G2L, développé en collaboration par les services informatique, Infrastructure, logistique & sécurité et le pôle RH, a reçu le Cristal Collectif 2025 du CNRS.
Ce projet, mené dès la création de l’unité, a permis de moderniser la gestion des ressources humaines et des infrastructures de l’iLM, en automatisant plusieurs processus, en intégrant un suivi des effectifs et des espaces, ainsi qu’un outil de cartographie des risques. Il contribue aujourd’hui à une gestion plus fluide, sécurisée et conforme aux exigences réglementaires.
Cette distinction valorise une démarche collective exemplaire, fondée sur la complémentarité des compétences et l’engagement des équipes support. Elle souligne également l’importance stratégique de ces fonctions dans le bon fonctionnement de l’unité.
