Florian Trichard Docteur en chimie analytique, en collaboration avec Vincent Motto-Ros, enseignant chercheur à l'iLM (équipe spectrobio), a créé ABLATOM, jeune entreprise innovante : du spectre à l’image multi-élémentaire.

Florian Trichard PhD in analytical chemistry, in collaboration with Vincent Motto-Ros, Maître de Conférence at iLM (team Spectrobio) has founded ABLATOM, a young innovative company: from spectrum to multi-elemental image.
L’analyse et l’imagerie de la composition chimique d’un matériau joue un rôle essentiel dans le contrôle de la qualité des produits, dans la connaissance d’un produit de base (minerai, pétrole brut, etc.), dans l’amélioration des performances ou le développement d’un produit transformé, dans l’aide au diagnostic biomédical ou bien encore dans la recherche fondamentale.
Créée en 2017 par Florian TRICHARD, Docteur en chimie analytique spécialisé en spectroscopie LIBS (Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy) depuis plus de 7 ans, et Vincent MOTTO-ROS, enseignant-chercheur de l’Institut Lumière Matière, ABLATOM est une jeune entreprise innovante proposant ses services et son expertise pour réaliser l’analyse et l’imagerie multi-élémentaire de vos matériaux. ABLATOM propose également des études de faisabilité techniques et des développements de méthodes d’analyse spécifique par LIBS permettant à nos clients d’appréhender notre technologie et de l’adapter au mieux en fonction du besoin et de la problématique analytique.
Forte de son partenariat avec l’Institut Lumière Matière de Lyon, la société ABLATOM dispose d’une technologie LIBS unique et performante, protégée par deux brevets technologiques, ainsi qu’une expertise de près de 10 ans dans son développement et son application dans divers domaines (biomédical, industrie, géologie, etc.).

The analysis and imaging of the chemical composition of materials have an essential role in the quality control of products, in the knowledge basic products (core, crude oil, etc.), for improving the performance or development transformed products, in assisting the biomedical diagnosis or for basic and translational research.
ABLATOM was founded in 2017 by Florian TRICHARD, PhD in analytical chemistry with an experience of more than 7 years of Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), and Vincent MOTTO-ROS, associate professor at the Light and Matter Institute (Lyon-France). ABLATOM is a young innovative company offering services and expertise to perform the analysis and multi-elemental imaging of your materials. ABLATOM also offers technical feasibility studies and the development of specific LIBS analysis methods enabling our clients to customize our LIBS technology services to suit their needs and solve their analytical issue.
Thanks to a partnership with the Light and Matter Institute of Lyon, ABLATOM works with a unique and efficient LIBS technology based on two technological patents. ABLATOM also possesses a 10-year expertise in the development of LIBS multi-elemental imaging and its application in various fields (biomedical, industry, geology, etc.)
