Résumé / Abstract :

In the context of global warming, where accessible clean water and renewable energy sources are crucial concerns, nanofluidics emerges as a promising avenue. Nanofluidics, the study of fluid motion at the nanoscale, is promising to address urgent environmental questions. As fluidic systems decrease in size, the significance of surfaces becomes more pronounced, leading to the emergence of novel transport phenomena.

This thesis delves into direct and coupled nanofluidic transports via an approach involving experiments, simulations, and theory. The main objective is to bridge molecular nanofluidics with continuous theories for a deeper understanding of these complex transport phenomena.
